The White-rumped Swiftlet (Aerodramus spodiopygia) is a swift found in American Samoa, Fiji, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, and Vanuatu; where they are typically occur in subtropical or tropical moist lowland and montane forests, as well as rocky areas

The Australian birds are mostly treated as a separate species, the Australian Swiftlet (Aerodramus terraereginae).
