The Tepui Swift (Streptoprocne phelpsi) is a South Amerian swift found in Brazil, Guyana, and Venezuela.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and montanes, as well as seasonally wet or flooded lowland grasslands.
Its binomial commemorates William Henry Phelps.
