The following Kingfishers occur naturally in the Philippines:
Hombron's Kingfisher or Blue-capped Kingfisher (Actenoides hombroni)
Indigo-banded Kingfisher (Alcedo cyanopectus) - Endemic to the Philippines - generally uncommon but locally common resident of the northern and central islands
Philippine Dwarf Kingfisher (Ceyx melanurus)
Ruddy Kingfisher (Halcyon coromanda)
Rufous-backed Kingfisher (Ceyx rufidorsa) - Found in tropical lowland forests near lakeshores and streamsides
Silvery Kingfisher (Alcedo argentata)
Spotted Wood Kingfisher (Actenoides lindsayi)
Variable Dwarf Kingfisher (Ceyx lepidus)
White-throated Kingfisher (Halcyon smyrnensis) aka White-breasted Kingfisher or Smyrna Kingfisher
Winchell's Kingfisher or Rufous-lored Kingfisher (Todiramphus winchelli) - Endemic
