Long-tailed hummingbird in Texas?

Submitted by ellwaters on Sun, 07/01/2018 - 00:21
I saw a hummingbird today in the hill country of Texas that had two long tail feathers, about the same length as its body. The only one I can find on the internet that looks like it is the booted racket-tail hummingbird, but the information says it isn't found north of Venezuela. Is there any chance that is the bird I saw, or does anyone know of another species of hummingbird that would be in central Texas?
