The Moustached Fruit Dove (Ptilinopus mercierii) was a fruit dove that was endemic to the Marquesas, French Polynesia, in the southern Pacific Ocean. It is now extinct largely due to the predation by the introduced Great Horned Owl, as well as by rats and cats.

The nominate subspecies occurred on Nuku Hiva and subspecies tristrami on Hiva Oa.

The nominate species is only known from a specimen collected during the 1836-1839 voyage of the Venus. Tristrami is known from at least 11 specimens, the last collected by the Whitney Expedition in 1922.
