Golden-headed Cisticola (Cisticola exilis), or Bright-headed Cisticola The Golden-headed Cisticolas (Cisticola exilis) - also known as the Bright-headed Cisticolas - are found from India to Australia, where they occur in vegetation in and around wetlands.


Description

Breeding Males: The head, throat and breast are a bright golden-orange color. The tail is shorter than in winter-plumage.


Interesting Facts

They use spiders' threads to stitch together their nests.
