The Black Honey-buzzard, Bondrée Noire, or Abejero Negro (Henicopernis infuscatus) is bird of prey found in Papua New Guinea, where it inhabits subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and montanes. This species is threatened by habitat loss.


Description

This is a large raptor. Its plumage is almost completely black with exceptions of white bands on flight and tail feathers.
