Description:

Size: 28-30 cm in length with a 43-46 cm wingspan.

Plumage: Brownish-gray overall with blackish wings that have a broad diagonal white bar and a distinctive rounded tail with white corners noticeable in flight. The beak is black and the legs and eyes are red.
