Description:

Size: 11-13 cm in length with an 18-21 cm wingspan. Adults weigh an average of 14–23.1 g.

Plumage: Adults have brownish upperparts with a gray the crown and nape, an off-white to cream breast with black streaks and a white throat and belly. They have an orange face with gray cheeks and a short pointed tail. The legs and bill are dark brown and the eyes are black.
