Red-crowned Parrot

Distribution : Northeast Mexico; introduced populations exist in California and Florida.

Description:

Size: 30 cm in length.

Plumage: Almost entirely green, with a bright red forehead and crown, dark blue streaks behind the eyes, and light green cheeks. The legs and beak are pale and the eyes are yellow with a large pupil.
