Description:

Size: 52-60 cm in length with a 123-139 cm wingspan.

Plumage: Adults are light matte gray above and white on the head and underside. Some may have darker wing tips. Juveniles are creamy buff, sometimes with chestnut spots. The legs are pink, the beak is yellow with a red spot at the tip, and the eyes are black.
