Description:

Size: 27-32 cm in length.

Plumage: Uniform brown above, with lighter gray-brown undersides. There is a dark brown mustache line and dark chestnut on the undertail. The legs are gray, the distinctive long downcurved bill is black, and the eyes are yellow.
