This Asian bird occurs from  Iran, India and Kazakhstan to Malaysia and China. 

Distribution of the Common Myna

Description

The plumage is mostly brown, except for the black hooded head.  It has a distinctive bare yellow patch behind the eye and a white patch on the outer primaries (longest wing feathers).  Below the wings are white  The bill and legs are  yellow.
