Description:

Size: 10-11 cm in length with a 16-18 cm wingspan.

Plumage: The uppersides are dull blue-gray and the undersides are off-white. The crown is dull brown, with a whitish spot on the neck. Flight feathers may be dark brown to blackish. The legs are gray and the beak and eyes are black.
