Distribution: Scandinavia and northern Asia; may be found in western Alaska.

Description:

Size: 10-11 cm in length with a 16-20 cm wingspan.

Plumage: Generally olive green above, with a dark line through the eye and a light greenish-yellow eyebrow. The throat and undersides are off-white, with olive-gray sides and an indistinct single wing bar. The legs and beak are brown and the eyes are black with white eyerings.
