The Ashy-bellied White-eyes, Zosterops citrinellus, are found in Australia and Indonesia.
They are sometimes referred to as the Pale White-eye or Pale-bellied White-eye, which can lead to confusion with the Pale-bellied White-eye (Zosterops consobrinorum).
This species inhabits subtropical or tropical moist lowland or mangrove forests.
